Corn Muffins, SUCCESSFUL!

only got down to baking
at almost 4pm
delayed by housework
and researching
the net for conversion chart
for cups measurement to gram

finally found it
had a brief discussion
on msn with shi fu Lydia
the do's & dont's
lets get the baking going!

with some baking experiences
from last 2 weeks
this time am more confidence
from measuring to cream-ing
from mixing to folding
all is a breeze

the recipe i had
is for 12 holes muffin tray
but i didnt have that
due to high cost
instead i use tall
muffin paper cups
100 pcs for $3.56
while a 6 holes muffin tray
cost $8.00+

the muffin paper cups
are rather deep
so only managed
to fill 7 muffin cups
which is good enough
for my small oven

waiting for the
moment of truth
filled with anxiety
so kept myself occupied
by washing the utensils

at 200 degree
after 25 mins
time to check
in goes my
stainless steel
cake tester
and out comes nothing
YES!
the muffins are baked

now for the moment of truth
left the muffins
on the cooling rack
they looked good
and are in shaped
its the taste
that matters now

one is 'dissected'
to see if the inside
is accepted
i am a genius! :"p
well baked...

to tell her the good news
congrats!
