No Baking Today

woke up with a sore throat today
from eating the cake i baked
only had 2 slices
but was bad enough
something must has gone wrong
so into the trash goes the cake
sorry!!!! :"(

intended to try again today
using the traditional steaming method
but the more i think of it
the more i dont think it will work
cos logically speaking
i dont see the logic in it :"D

better do some 'homework' first
i will make it up next week
time to bring out my brand new oven
still tuck away in my storesince i bought it last year

have been surfing the net today
trying to get some baking tips
and recipes

'shi fu' said i should start with citrus chiffon
(for a beginner)
instead of pandan chiffon
though i like the latter more

discovered 2 interesting
though not so idiot proof recipes
(oops! sorry 'shi fu', i will search for citrus chiffon too :"P)
